History
In November of 2007 I was at a bar with some friends and all of our glasses were empty. I then thought, "How I could get a beer without having to wait for a server to come back or elbow my way to the bar and hope to waive down a bartender." There are already cheap/ ineffective ways of doing this. You may have seen those tall cylinders that hold 2 pitchers of beer and sit on your table. The problem with this is that the beer gets warm and flat as well as the cylinders are pretty dirty and awkward to carry to and from the tables. Anyone that actually likes cold good tasting beer would not like this method. In March of 2008, the concept of being able to dispense draft beer from a keg at a table became a reality in Baltimore, Maryland. The first obstacle was getting the Liquor Control Boards to understand how the concept works and that it is within their current laws.
I then realized that there needed to be a solution that would streamline the process of getting a beer. The Solution was that the bar should allow the patron to have access to beer as soon as they are done or want another one.
I now have letters from Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania's Alcohol and Liquor Boards agreeing that the method in which my clients dispense beer is 100% legal.
In short, the products we work with make Bars and Restaurants more profitable, while also creating "Raving Fans" of their existing and new customers because of great service.
